Our Pure Butter Madeleines are made in our workshop in Fécamp in Normandy. This region is widely recognized for its historic local knowledge of traditional cookie-making, due to the proximity of milk and butter producers.

Preparation advice

Place the Madeleines in the oven at 165°C (329°F) for 8 minutes or simply in the microwave for 40 seconds at 700 W. It is also possible to leave them to defrost for 1 hour 30 minutes at +4°C (39°F).
