The Passion-Lime Cheesecake consists of a creamy, oven-baked fromage frais crust, a pure butter coconut crumble base and a creamy center. Its originality lies in an exotic heart with passion fruit purée and lime juice.

Preparation advice

– Simply defrost: Remove the plastic film and defrost the Passion-Lime Cheesecake for 4 hours at +4°C.

– Microwave: reheat in the microwave for 2.30 minutes at 750W without defrosting, then leave to stand for 10 minutes before serving.
