The Truffon stands out with its intense chocolate recipe, with a dark chocolate (72% cocoa) ganache on top of which is a chocolate mousse (58% cocoa). It encloses a crispy meringue center which contrasts with the melting texture of chocolate.

This dessert, baked in our French workshops, is made of a UTZ-certified chocolate base from the sustainable and fair trade sector. In addition, this authentic recipe is enhanced by our traditional craftsmanship.
