Traditional Petits Fours Recipe

A collection of distinct, simple flavors from the 4 fruit recipes and the 4 chocolate or caramel recipes: chocolate éclair, strawberry gateau, lemon almondine, raspberry shortbread, cocoa tartlet, opéra, etc. What’s more the hand-made finishes provided a flawless, artisanal appearance.

The items on this Traditional tray have been reworked to provide ideal finger food and to make them retain their shape longer at room temperature.
